CLOSURE REPORT NATURE OF COMPLAINT: BREACH OF CONTRACT SUMMARY OF COMPLAINT The Complainant alleged that his nephew worked with a District Officer (DO) of Amajero Company Limited in Sefwi and the Officer gave him 35 bags of cocoa to sell. He informed that his nephew was able to sell only 6'out of the 35 bags but was not able to account for the remaining 29 bags. Due to that, his District Officer called for his arrest and he was denied bail. REMEDY (S) SOUGHT The Complainant petitioned the Commission to assist him get the District Officer to withdraw the case so that they can settle it at home. OBSERVATIONS The Complainant was advised to contact the Sefwi Wiawso Police Commander for such an intervention. On the 15th January, 2021, the Commission contacted the Complainant for an update.
