DECISION INTRODUCTION The Commission received a complaint on the 11th day of May 2020 from the complainant, Mr Isaac Nai with the headline 'Petition for Justice'. The Complainant narrates alleged unfair treatment meted out to him by officials of the Respondent which eventually led to the termination of his employment. He invites the Commission to investigate the issues involved leading to his alleged unlawful termination by Officials of Respondent and to have him reinstated as there is no just cause in his termination.
