DECISION INTRODUCTION The Commission received a complaint on the 11th day of May 2020 from the complainant, Mr Isaac Nai with the headline 'Petition for Justice'. The Complainant narrates alleged unfair treatment meted out to him by officials of the Respondent which eventually led to the termination of his employment. He invites the Commission to investigate the issues involved leading to his alleged unlawful termination by Officials of Respondent and to have him reinstated as there is no just cause in his termination. In accordance with Section 14(1) of the Commission On Human Rights and Administrative Justice Act, 1993, (Act 456) and Regulation 3 of C.I 67, (the Investigations Procedures) Regulations 2010, which provide that whenever the Commission decides to conduct an investigation under this Act, it shall give the authority or person concerned and to any other person who is alleged in the complaint to have taken or authorized the act or omission complained of, an opportu...
