On the 16 t h of April, 2018 the Plaintiff issued a Writ of Summons against the Defendants claiming: a. A declaration that the 2nd defendant was at all­ time material the directing mind of the 1st Defendant Company. b. A declaration that the 2nd defendant used the 1st defendant as a facade in order to avoid his lawful contractual liabilities. c. A declaration that an agreement exists between the plaintiff and the 1st defendant for the 1st defendant to construct a 3 bedroom terrace house at Amrahia at the Accra-Dodowa road for the plaintiff d. A declaration that the 1st defendant has breached the said agreement executed on the 2 7th day of November 2011 between the 1st defendant and the plaintiff Kwadwo Opong-Marfo e.
