DEBORA MAYERS AND SAMUEL ADDO TWUMASI vs. AYERIBI BONDZIE
1.0 INTRODUCTION: By a writ of summons dated 20th February, 2013, the Plaintiffs caused to issue for them, and against the Defendant seeking the reliefs endorsed on their said writ of summons. They sought among reliefs declaration of title, general damages, recovery of possession and perpetual injunction. 1.1 The writ was accompanied by a 29-paragraph Statement of Claim explaining in detail the nature of the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendant. 1.2 Upon service of the writ and the Statement of Claim on the Defendant, he caused an appearance to be entered for him and also filed a Statement of Defence and a counterclaim against the Plaintiffs.
