1.0 INTRODUCTION: On the 24th day of November, 2015, the Plaintiff caused to issue out of the registry of this Court a writ of civil summons against the Defendants for the following reliefs; (i) An order directed at the 1st Defendant to deliver to the Plaintiff plots of land promised (emphasis mine) to the Plaintiff or in the alternative to refund to the Plaintiff an amount of GH¢14,000.00 with interest thereon from 2014 till the date of judgment. (ii) An order against the 2nd Defendant to pay to the Plaintiff the cedi value of the foundation footings and partly developed building destroyed.
