1.0 The Plaintiff caused to issue out of the registry of this Court the present writ seeking the reliefs endorsed thereon. The writ was accompanied by a statement of claim setting out in details the reliefs the Plaintiff seeks against the Defendant. 1.1 The brief facts of the case are that on 1st March, 2018, the Plaintiff, the owner of a property described as Plot No. C93/3, North Ridge, Accra, entered into an agreement with the Defendant, a limited liability company duly incorporated in and registered under the laws of Ghana. 1.2 The agreement, was a revised version of an earlier one which was to commence from the 1st of February, 2018 for a term of four (4) years.
