1.0 INTRODUCTION: Per the indorsement on the Plaintiff’s writ of summons which he caused to be issued for him on 4th September, 2013, the Plaintiff claimed for declaration of title/ownership of ten (10) plots of land situate at Nsakina, Accra the boundaries of which were aptly described in the indorsement on the writ.
