1.0 On the 22/11/17, the Plaintiff caused to issue out of the registry of this Court a Writ of Summons against the Defendant herein claiming the reliefs indorsed on this said Writ of Summons. 1.1 The four (4) reliefs indorsed on the Writ were; a. A declaration of title in the Plaintiff of the land described in the schedule to the Statement of Claim. b. General damages for trespass. c. Perpetual injunction to restrain the Defendants, their agents, assigns and workmen from entering the land for whatever purposes. d.
