1.0 INTRODUCTION: On the 15th day of March, 2019, the Plaintiff sued out of the registry of this Court the present writ praying for four (4) reliefs; (a) A declaration that the Plaintiff built his property on the land in dispute with permit (I believe from the Defendant Assembly). (b) A declaration that the Plaintiff’s property has not encroached a road. (c) An order of perpetual injunction restraining the Defendant from interfering with the Plaintiff’s property or demolishing the property or any part of it.
