1.0 INTRODUCTION: On 20th February, 2017, the Plaintiff caused a writ to be issued for him and against the Defendants seeking the reliefs indorsed on his said writ of summons. On 2nd of March, 2017, the Plaintiff amended his said writ and virtually repeated the same reliefs he sought against the Defendants in the amended writ as those he had sought in the original writ. 1.1 The writ was accompanied by a 16-paragraph statement of claim setting out in detail the basis for the Plaintiff’s claim. The Plaintiff in his amended writ of summons seeks the following reliefs from this Court; (a) An order for declaration of title (sic) to ALL that piece or parcel of land situate lying and being at Bubuashie, Accra and described in Land Certificate NO.
