1.0 HISTORICAL BACKGROUND: On the 2nd day of September, 2014, the Plaintiff sued out the present writ, first against the 1st Defendant only seeking the reliefs endorsed on his said writ of summons. 1.1 As a requirement of the Rules of Court, the writ was accompanied by a statement of claim that was made up of only five (5) paragraphs. 1.2 Later, upon an application by the 2nd Defendant, the Trustees of the Apostles Continuation Church, they were joined by this Court, and rightly so in my humble opinion, as the 2nd Defendant. 1.3 It is to be recalled that the Plaintiff had earlier on in 2013, brought an action against the 1st Defendant which suit was numbered as FAL/814/2013.
