ABUSUAPANYILI OPPONG NWOLLEY AND AWULAE OTUMFOUR KAKU ACKAH III vs. AWULAE ANNOR ADJAYE III AND LANDS COMMISSION
This is an application by the Plaintiffs/Applicants, hereinafter referred to as “the Applicants", praying for “an order to restrain the 1st Defendant/Respondent herein from negotiating, claiming and alienating 20,000 acres of their land to government for the creation of an oil hub, receiving, benefitting from or dealing with the 2nd Defendant or any other entity with reference to the payment of compensation or other benefits emanating from the oil hub project in any form or manner directly or otherwise through himself, agents, assigns, privies, trustees or anybody lawfully claiming through him from treating any piece or parcel of Nzema lands in any manner that may be inimical to the Plaintiffs’ interest until the final determination of the suit …” The background to the application is that on 16th March, 2021 the Applicants herein issued a writ of summons against the Defendants herein seeking the following reliefs: i.
