This judgment is in respect of an appeal against the judgment of the District Court, Takoradi dated 21st October, 2020. The background facts of the case are that the Plaintiff/Respondent filed a writ of summons at the District Court, Takoradi on 21st April, 2016 against the Appellant herein for the following reliefs: a) An order that the Re-entry Notices and all other processes that will be filed in this Court be serve on the Defendant by posting copies on Plot No. C32, Fijai and on the Notice Board of this Court. b) An order for Re-entry unto Plot No. C32, Fijai by the Plaintiff following the failure of the Defendant to abide by the terms of the lease executed on 1st December, 2003 between Kweku Abuna, and the Defendant. c) An order directing Lands Commission to delete the name Abraham Kow Claye from its records.
