This is an originating motion on notice for an order of judicial review by way of certiorari to quash the decision of the Circuit Court, Tarkwa dated 9th September, 2020 and for any further order or orders as the Court may deem fit to make. The grounds of the application are summed up as follows: 1. That the Circuit Court judge acted unlawfully and in excess of jurisdiction when he declined to hear Applicants’ Motion on Notice to set aside a Writ of Possession and the entire Execution of the Enforcement of an Arbitration Award. 2. That the Circuit Court breached the time tested rule of Natural Justice and Access to Justice when it refused Applicants Lawyer’s right to move the aforesaid application by declining to hear the same.
