The current plaintiff per her amended writ of summons filed on 21st February 2020 claimed against the defendants as follows. (i) Declaration that the plaintiff is the lawful allottee/grantee of the Building Plot No. 7 A, Block A, Apraman, Kumasi. (ii) Declaration that the plaintiff is entitled to possess and continue with the development of the said plot. (iii) An Order of perpetual injunction to restrain the defendants, their agents, assigns, person(s) deriving power or authority, from them taking possession and or developing the said plot. (iv) Alternatively, an order for the payment to the Plaintiff, the current value of the property being GH₵79,940.00 (Seventy-Nine Thousand, Nine Hundred and Forty Ghana Cedis). (v) Interest on the said sum at the current bank rate from the date of payment until the final payment of the money. (vi) Any other order(s) as the justice of the case would require in terms of the rules of the Honourable Court. The first defendant entered appear.....
