JUDGMENT INTRODUCTION The Applicants on the 27th July, 2021 filed the present contempt application against the Respondent for wilfully and deliberately trespassing and developing a land belonging to the Plaintiffs/Applicants and using the police to intimidate the 2nd Applicant and warned him not to step on the land. The Applicants plaint again is that the Respondent should be committed for contempt for bringing armed policemen to his school whilst the school was in session, thereby making the school children panic and calling their parents to inform them about the presence of armed policemen in the school so that parents started to call the 2nd Applicant to find out if he had committed any criminal offence. The manner in which the grounds of the application were framed in the motion paper do appear that they cannot be the grounds upon which a Respondent could be committed for contempt.
