JUDGMENT The Plaintiff’s claim as contained in the writ of summons and the statement of claim filed on 25th November, 2018 against the Defendant is for the following reliefs; (a) An order for recovery of € 18,000.00 or its cedi equivalent of GH¢96,000.00 from the Defendant. (b) Accrued interest on the said GH¢ 96,000.00 at the prevailing commercial bank rate from June 2002 till date of final payment. (c) General damages for breach of contract; and (d) Cost including legal fees.
