JUDGMENT On the 26th November, 2020 the Plaintiff sued the Defendant for the following reliefs; (a) Recovery of possession of No. 411/4B Koi Street, Ako Adjei, South La, Accra. (b) Recovery of Eight thousand and five hundred US Dollars (US$ 8,500) or its Cedi equivalent at the prevailing Bank rate on the date of final payment being outstanding rent owed by the Defendant to Plaintiff the renewed tenancy of the premises, ending 18th June, 2019.
