JUDGMENT Introduction The original writ in this suit was issued by the plaintiff on 2nd November 2017 against only the 1st defendant claiming the following reliefs: i. A declaration of title to all that piece of land lying and situate at Achiaman (Amasaman), Accra and particularly described in paragraph 4 of the statement of claim. ii. An order compelling the defendant to yield vacant possession of the disputed land to the plaintiff. iii. An order of perpetual injunction restraining the defendant, his servants, agents, assigns, privies, successors, workmen from interfering with or trespassing on the property of plaintiff lying and situate at Achiaman (Amasaman), Accra. iv. General damages for trespass. v. Cost including legal cost. vi. Any other relief(s) that this honourable court deems fit.
