RULING Plaintiffs’ case By a writ of summons issued on 4th May 2020, the plaintiffs claimed the following reliefs against the defendants: i. Declaration of title to a parcel of land situate at La Bawaleshie (East Legon), Accra and enclosing an area of 1.08 acres or 0.44 hectares. ii. Recovery of possession. iii. An order for the demolition and/ or removal of any structure put up on the properties by the defendants at defendants’ own cost or to reimburse the plaintiffs for the cost of demolition and/ or removal of all such structures. iv. Perpetual injunction restraining the defendants, their agents, servants, assigns, privies and all persons claiming through them from entering, developing or in any way interfering with plaintiff’s interest in their respective properties. v.
