JUDGMENT Plaintiff’s case The plaintiff issued a writ out of the registry of this court claiming the following reliefs against the defendants: i. A declaration of title of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate at Odorkor-Tsuim with an approximate area of 0.15 acre more or less measuring by all sides by lessor’s land. ii. An order for recovery of possession. iii. An order for damages for trespass. iv. An order for perpetual injunction to restrain the defendants, their agents, assigns, privies or servants from continued interference with the plaintiff’s land. v. An order cancelling the names of the defendants in the records of the Lands Commission and to replace them with the name of the plaintiff.
