JUDGMENT Plaintiffs’ case By a writ of summons issued on 16th September 2019, the plaintiffs claimed the following reliefs against the defendant: i. An order of perpetual injunction restraining the defendant either by himself or by his workmen, assigns and privies from trespassing on plaintiffs’ lands described in the statement of claim and from doing anything to prevent plaintiffs from continuing with construction works on the land. ii. Damages for trespass. iii. Cost inclusive of solicitor’s fees.
