JUDGMENT Plaintiff’s case The original writ in this suit was issued on 5th January 2017. It was later amended on 29th August 2017 and when the 1st defendant joined his ancestors and he was substituted by Rev. Stephen Nartey, the writ was further amended on 31st October 2019 to reflect the said substitution. Per the amended writ of summons, the plaintiff claimed the following reliefs against the defendants: i. Declaration of title of plaintiff’s family land at Gigiduku as described in paragraph 5 of statement of claim. ii. Recovery of possession. iii. Perpetual injunction to restrain the defendants from further dealing with plaintiff’s family land. iv. An order of court to nullify all documents of plaintiff’s family land which were registered in the name of the defendant’s family. v.
