JUDGMENT Introduction These consolidated suits are in respect of a parcel of land situate at Roman Ridge, Accra. The parties in both suits are basically the same. The plaintiff in Suit No. SOL/85/14 (the 1st suit) is the 1st defendant in Suit No. IRL/131/14 (the 2nd suit). The 2nd defendant in the 1st suit is the plaintiff in the 2nd suit. The 1st defendant in the 1st suit is the Managing Director of the 2nd defendant in the 1st suit and the plaintiff in the 2nd suit. The only parties that are not parties in both suits are the 2nd defendant in the 2nd suit and the 3rd defendant in the 1st suit, the Lands Commission. It must be noted however that the 2nd defendant in the 2nd suit is the son of the 1st defendant in the 2nd suit and the plaintiff in the 1st suit.
