JUDGMENT Plaintiff’s case By an amended writ of summons filed on 27th March 2019, the plaintiff claimed the following reliefs against the defendants: i. Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Tsuim (Odorkor-Tsuim) and bounded on the North-East by plaintiff’s family land measuring 170 feet more or less, on the North-West by plaintiff’s family land measuring 180 feet more or less, on the South-East by plaintiff’s family land measuring 200 feet more or less and on the South-West by plaintiff’s family land measuring 180 feet more or less containing an approximate area of 0.75 acre more or less. ii. An order for recovery of possession. iii. An order for general damages for trespass and punitive cost including legal fees. iv. An order for perpetual injunction restraining all the defendants, their agents, assigns, privies, servants and workmen from continued interference with the plaintiff’s family land in any manner whatso...
