RULING COUNSEL FOR DEFENDANT: At the last adjourned date we moved a motion and it was set for ruling today but we met and negotiated and had filed our Terms of Settlement. We pray that same is adopted as our Consent Judgment. We pray accordingly. I have spoken with Counsel for the Plaintiff. He is stauck in traffic since I have to return to Accra, I pray that the Terms of Settlement is adopted. PLAINTIFF: I agree to the Terms of Settlement filed. BY COURT: - Upon Hearing Counsel for the Plaintiff and upon hearing the Plaintiff herein and upon perusing the processes filed, I find that the parties have filed Terms of Settlement. Per the rules of Court, I find it prudent to grant the application. Application is hereby granted.
