JUDGMENT This is an application for and on behalf of the plaintiffs/applicants deposed to by the 1st applicant on behalf of the 2nd and 3rd applicants praying the Court for Summary Judgment against the defendant/respondent for the reliefs endorsed on the writ of summons. I shall quote the relevant paragraphs as follows: 3. That writ of summons was filed together with statement of claim on 23/11/2020 and same has been served on the defendant. 4.
