RULING This is an application for and on behalf of the plaintiff/applicant hereinafter referred to as applicant praying the Court for an Order of Interlocutory Injunction restraining the defendant/respondent hereinafter referred to as the respondent, his agents, assigns, workmen, etc from having anything to do with the disputed plantation until the determination of the action. SUMMARY OF FACTS The applicant says he is the custodian of the land on which the teak plantation and other timber species the subject matter of the instant suit are cultivated. That sometime in the year 2000 the respondent entered into oral agreement with the sub-chief of Suponso for and on behalf of Akim Manso Stool for the release of seventy-five (75) acres of land for the cultivation of teak and other timber species to be shared when the teak trees are fully matured, where the Akim Manso Stool takes 1/3 of the teak plantation and the respondents takes 2/3.
