RULING This is an application for and on behalf of the plaintiff/applicant hereinafter referred to as applicant praying the Court for an Order of Interlocutory Injunction restraining the defendant/respondent hereinafter referred to as the respondent, his agents, assigns, workmen, etc from having anything to do with the disputed plantation until the determination of the action. SUMMARY OF FACTS The applicant says he is the custodian of the land on which the teak plantation and other timber species the subject matter of the instant suit are cultivated.
