RULING This is a motion on notice invoking the inherent jurisdiction of the High Court, for and on behalf of the applicant praying the court for an order restraining the respondents, their agents, privies and assigns from going ahead to enstool anyone as rival Chief of Akyem Asene on any other day and for any orders as the court may deem fit. I wish to quote the relevant paragraphs as follows: 3.
