On 13th July 2020, the Applicants filed a motion on notice and prayed the court for an order for committal of the Respondent herein for contempt of court for bringing the administration of justice into irreparable disrepute by his wanton, deliberate, wilful acts and conduct by disregarding a pending action/proceedings in court and a motion on notice for interlocutory injunction restraining him as Defendant/Respondent from holding himself out as the Chairman of the Kumasi Club Limited, whether present, past and in any other forum in the Ashanti Region, or any part of the Republic of Ghana and outside Ghana in the name of Kumasi Club Limited. which his act/conduct is all calculated as a role to overreach the court and the Plaintiffs/Applicants herein upon the grounds set out in the accompanying affidavit.
