The National Labour Commission at its sitting of 23rd June, 2021 heard the complaint of "Unfair Termination" lodged by NUTEG (for Alex Amegatse, Moses Nartey & Charles Dogbe) Complainant against DE-MASTERS ACADEMY, Respondent. The Complainants submitted that:  They are Alex Amegatse, Moses Tetteh Nartey and Charles Cecil Dogbe and were employed as teachers on 22nd September 2015, 1st October 2012 and 1st October, 2012 respectively.  Respondent wrongfully tenninated their employment and several attempts by National Union of Teachers and General Workers (NUTEG) to settle the matter has proven futile.  The actions of the employer violated Section 15 (a-e) of the Labour Act, 2003 Act 651 and they therefore seek the intervention of the Commission.
