RE: IN THE MATTER BETWEEN BENJAMIN SESSAH-ROCKSON And METHODIST BOOK DEPOT LIMITED
We refer to the Commission's sitting of Wednesday, 17th February, 2021 at which parties appeared and were heard. The Respondent was led by Counsel. The facts of the matter are that: 1. The Complainant was put before a Disciplinary Committee based upon a reconciliation conducted on the stock of Hymn Books. 2. The Committee upon investigation submitted a Report, which recommendation led to the termination of Complainant's appointment. 3. The Complainant was displeased with the termination decision therefore he petitioned the Commission. Findings The Commission upon hearing the parties, and examining the evidence, before it finds that the Complainant was given a hearing and he did not provide any evidence to show or prove that the process was unfair.
