The National Labour Commission at its sitting of 14th April, 2021 heard the complaint over "unfair termination" lodged by FBSEU OF GFL (for Clement Yaw Mbry Micah and others), Complainants against Media General Ghana Limited, Respondent. Complainants' case: The Complainant Union submitted as follows: 1. That between 26th and 30th October, 2018, the Complainants Mr. Clement Yaw Mbry Micah, Kojo Ackaah Kwarteng, Archibald Agbo Sowah, Frederica Tetteki Sarki, Dulcia Asiamah and Priscilla Osei were served with letters headed "SEPARATION OF EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS" signed by the Acting Group Head. 2. That the Complainants were informed that their services would no longer be required by the respondent company by the close of business on 30th October, 2018. 3.
