We refer to the parties' appearance before the National Labour Commission on 10th March, 2021 in respect of the above-mentioned dispute. Complainant's Case The Complainant submitted that: 1. She was an employee of respondent company. 2. She was queried for not obeying instructions but she denied having any knowledge of the said instruction. 3. She was interdicted after appearing before a disciplinary panel and upon resumption of duty, her appointment was terminated without reason. Reliefs The Complainant seeks the following reliefs: 1. To be allowed to resign. 2. Compensation for the eight and half years she worked with the Company. 3.
