RE: IN THE MATTER BETWEEN STEPHEN BOADU And IRAN CLINIC

We refer to the Commission's sitting of Wednesday, 17th February, 2021 at which the parties appeared and were heard. The facts of the matter are that: 1. Complainant was engaged on a one year fixed contract subject to renewal upon expiration. 2. As part of the terms of contract the Complainant who was a Security Officer was not supposed to receive or take any money from anybody or authority, and this he was fully aware of and signed to, but which he failed to adhere to it thus leading to the termination of his contract. 3. Complainant was caught on camera collecting money from a Police Officer, and Complainant claimed that the said amount, a sum of GH¢100.00 was collected by him from the said Police Officer to be given to a Doctor of Respondent Clinic.
