We refer to the disputing parties' appearance before the Commission on 9th June, 2021 at which the above-mentioned dispute was heard. Complainant's case: The Complainant submitted as follows that: 1. He was appointed as a Factory Manager at Ayensu Starch Company (ASCo) Limited on 17th December, 2013 by the Board, chaired by Mr. Kodwo X.Y Ahlojah. 2. His appointment was unfairly terminated on June 19th, 2019, by a new board, chaired by Mr. Kwame Akyianu. 3. At the time of terminating his appointment, he had salary arrears amounting to Twenty Thousand and Forty-Five Ghana Cedis, Fifty Pesewas (GHCC 20,045.50) with confirmation to be paid within a period of six months excluding Social Security National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) contributions payment though the deductions were made from his salary. 4.
