CLOSURE REPORT INTRODUCTION On 12th February 2021, Lydia Akuada (Complainant) lodged a complaint against William Mawuli Akaba (Respondent) for non-maintenance of their three (3) children. The Complainant therefore, seeks the assistance of this Commission to impress upon the Respondent to take care of his children. COMPLAINANT'S POSITION According to the Complainant, she was married to the Respondent customarily and they had three children with ages eighteen (18) currently in Senior High School, sixteen (16) and twelve (12) years respectively. During the pregnancy with the young child, the Respondent asked the Complainant to abort the pregnancy and when she refused, he started abusing her physically and later sent her away to live with her mother.
