ONOKUMAH CONSTRUCTION CO. LIMITED vs. THE LANDS COMMISSION, GHANA ATOMIC ENERGY COMMISSION, NATIONAL SECURITY AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL
1.0 INTRODUCTION: On the 29th day of June, 2021, the 1st Defendant/Applicant (hereinafter “the Applicant”), brought the present application praying the Court to strike out the Plaintiff’s pleadings and to dismiss the action in the instant suit as being an abuse of the process of court. The Plaintiff/Respondent shall (hereafter be referred to as “the Respondent”). 1.1 In a 26-paragrah affidavit in support of the motion, the Applicant states that the Respondent has as many as three (3) separate suits pending in various branches of this court namely, Suit 1 LD/0474/2019 tiled ONUKUMAH CONSTRUCTION CO. LTD VRS. LANDS COMMISSION, GHANA ATOMIC ENERGY COMMISSION NATIONAL SECURITY & ATTORNEY GENERAL (hereafter referred to Suit No. 2) and 3. SUIT NO. LD/0218/2020 intituled ONUKUMAH CONSTRUCTION LIMTED V.
