1.0 INTRODUCTION: The Plaintiff herein commenced the present action by a Writ of Summons issued at the Registry of this Court on 8th May, 2013 but later amended his Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim. Per his Amended Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim dated 9th July, 2013 the Plaintiff claimed the following reliefs from the Defendant; (a) Declaration of title to that parcel of land lying and being at Oyarifa, Accra and containing an approximate area of 0.61 acre or 0.24 hectares more or less and bounded on the North by Lessor’s land measuring 234.5 feet more or less on the East by Lessor’s land measuring 62.6 feet more or less 185.6 feet more or less on the West by a proposed road measuring 222.5 feet more or less which same parcel of land is more particularly delineated on the plan attached thereto and thereon shown edged pink.
