1.0 The Plaintiff, who describes herself as a Ghanaian working within the jurisdiction of the High Court, issued the present writ of summons against the Defendants whom she also describes as Ghanaians resident in Ghana 1.1 Per her Amended Writ of Summons and Amended Statement of Claim, the Plaintiff’s claim is for; (i) Declaration of title to the Plot of land situate at Pantang–Accra, containing an approximate area of 0.16 Acre or 0.7 Hectare more or less and bounded on the North West by the Lessor’s land measuring 66.7 feet more or less on the North East by the Lessor’s land measuring 73.7 and 76.0 Feet respectively more or less on the South East by a proposed road measuring 32.1 Feet more or less on the South West by a proposed road measuring 133.1 Feet more or less.
