1.0 INTRODUCTION By his Amended Statement of Claim, the Plaintiff sought the following reliefs; (a) Declaration of title to the land described in the schedule attached to his original statement of claim. (b) An order for recovery of possession (c) A declaration that the actions of the Defendants violate the rights of the Plaintiff under the 1992 Constitution. (d) An order for specific performance compelling the 1st Defendant to regularise the title of the Plaintiff to the land described in the schedule. (e) A declaration that the 1st Defendant’s eviction of the Plaintiff from the land is statute-barred. (f) A declaration that the Plaintiff has gained title to the land by adverse possession.
