The Plaintiff per his writ of summons filed on 19th April, 2004 claims against the Defendant as follows: a) Declaration of title to Plot No. 13 Block G, Santasi-Kumasi b) Recovery of possession c) Damages for Trespass d) Injunction restraining the Defendant whether by himself, his servants, agents and workmen or any other person(s) claiming through or by him from in any manner interfering with the subject matter pending the final determination of this suit. The Defendant entered appearance on 26th April, 2004. He filed his defence on 6th July, 2004 and denied the Plaintiff’s claim.
