GRACE AYENSU-DANQUAH vs. JOE GHARTEY AND ELECTORAL COMMISSION
The petitioner filed an application seeking an order for scrutiny directing the Electoral Commission to produce various election-related documents and materials used during the parliamentary elections in the Essikado Ketan Constituency on 7th December 2020. The documents requested included Biometric Verification Devices (BVDs), certified printouts from BVDs, Manual Verification Forms, original Form Eight A, Parliamentary Election Result Collation Forms (Form One C, One D, One B), and evidence of publication of election results at the constituency collation centre.
