JOHN ASUMADU BERKO AND GIFTY BOAFO vs. HENRIETTA BOAFO

The Plaintiffs in their Writ of Summons filed on 7th February, 2020 claim the following reliefs against the Defendant: i) An order for declaration that the Statutory Declaration purported as a Deed of Gift is not the deed of the late Peter Kwabena Boafo. ii) An order cancelling/annulling the Statutory Declaration purporting to convey as a gift, Plot No. 5 Block 6, Ayigya, Kumasi to the Defendant. iii) Damages for fraudulent perpetration. iv) An order for perpetual injunction restraining the Defendant, her children/offspring, agents, assigns, allies, friends, customary successors, workmen, etc and all who claim through her from further interference with Plot No. 5, Block 6, Ayigya, Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of the Republic of Ghana. v) Any order(s) the Honourable Court may deem it necessary and expedient in the circumstance.
