The Plaintiff claim against the Defendant for the following reliefs in his amended Writ of Summons filed on 16th October, 2020. a) Recovery of cash, the sum of Eighty Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢80,000.00) being the unpaid balance of an amount of Three Hundred and Ninety Thousand Ghana Cedis, (GH¢390,000.00) which the Plaintiff paid to the Defendant for the purchase of pure gold but same turned out to be fake, (gold) but which the Defendant has refused to pay despite repeated demands by the Plaintiff. b) Interest on the GH¢80,000 from October, 2019 to the date of final payment. c) An order of Judicial sale of H/No. Plot 35, Block ‘C’, Tarkwa Maakro-Kumasi to defray the Defendant’s indebtedness owed to the Plaintiff. d) General damages for breach of contract and any other reliefs appropriate in the circumstance of the case.
