THE REPUBLIC vs. JAMIL MOUGANIE EX PARTE: WISSAM LABA

On 12th May 2022, the Applicant herein (Wissam Laba) filed motion on notice before this court. The motion is praying for an order to commit Jamil Mouganie (hereinafter called the Respondent) to prison for contempt of court. The Applicant’s contention in the motion paper is that the Respondent has brought the Administration of Justice into disrepute. The motion is supported by affidavit and exhibits.
