JUDGMENT The Plaintiff herein per his next friend David Sarfo issued the instant Writ against the Defendants jointly and severally claiming the following reliefs. (a) Damages in excess of Five Hundred Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢500, 000.00) being compensation for injuries suffered by the Plaintiff as a result of the accident occasioned by the 1st Defendant's agent (b) Recovery ofthe um ofNineteen Thousand, Four hundred and Nine Ghana Cedis, Eight Pesewas (GH¢19, 409.08) being financial damages incurred by the Plaintiff regarding his medical treatment (c) An Order directed at the Defendants to bear the cost of any future medical bills of the Plaintiff resulting from the accident (d) Cost including legal fees (e) And any other reliefs as the Court may deem fit. Pleadings closed in this case, the case went through pre-trial which failed and the following issues set down for the determination by the trial Court.
