RULING RULING ON INTERLOCUTORY INJUNCTION UNDER ORDER 25 OF C.I. 47 The plaintiffs/Applicants (hereinafter called the plaintiffs) instituted a writ of summons against the Defendants/Respondents (hereinafter referred to as the defendants) claiming the following reliefs; 1) “A declaration that no vetting and elections whatsoever were conducted in the Salaga and Kulaw Wards of the Salaga South Constituency of the Savanna Region for the NDC BRANCH EXECUTIVE ELECTIONS in accordance with the Constitution of the NDC and GUIDELINES for the Branch elections as published. 2) A declaration that following the failure of the 1st to 4th defendants to conduct vetting and elections for the various Branch Executives of the NDC in the Salaga South Constituency there is no album or register of Branch Executives with which the Defendants can proceed with to hold the NDC Constituency Executive Elections in the Salaga South Constituency. 3) An order directing the 1st to 5th Defendants to expunge the .....
