JUDGMENT 1.0 INTRODUCTION: By a writ of summons caused to be issued at the instance of the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff claims from the Defendants the following reliefs; (1) A declaration of title to property No. EA/14/15 situate at East Adenta, Accra in favour of the Plaintiff; (2) An order to set aside the auction of the said property No. EA/14/15, East Adenta as part of the execution process in respect of the case at the Madina District Court titled CECILIA HULLA VRS. ACESS DEVELOPMENT LIMITED & ANOR (SUIT NO. A2/429/2014) (3) An order for recovery of possession of property NO.
