JUDGMENT RELIEFS SOUGHT BY THE PLAINTIFF The origin of this case was when the Plaintiff initially filed a writ of summons together with a statement of claim against the 1st Defendant on 1st March, 2013 Pursuant to an Order of the Court granted on 10th March, 2021 the Plaintiff Company further amended its writ of summons and claimed the following reliefs from the Defendants; (i) A declaration that Defendant is obliged to pay to Plaintiff ( as Landlord) rent for occupation of that part of Plaintiff’s property as Plot No. 105, Ring Road South, Industrial Area, Accra. (ii) A declaration that by refusing to attorn tenancy to Plaintiff, Plaintiff is entitled to recover possession of that part of the premises known as Plot numbered 105, Ring Road South, lndustrial Area, Accra occupied by Defendant. (ii) A. A declaration that the 2nd Defendant has no authority or capacity to grant or allocate any portion of Plot No. 105, Ring Road South, I.....
